Given that Galad is in his late 20s he's a bit of a late bloomer to have the spark though. Although I don't think he's beyond the range completely.
He most likely is beyond the limit, as he is in his early 30s already (32 approx, a bit older than Nynaeve).
Logain was a late sparker, has been channelling for some years (3?) and is 28.
Narishma is in his early 20s. 23 y.o. IRRC, he's learner and not a sparker, though, so his age would be a bit irrelevant.
I think it's pretty safe to conclude Galad isn't a sparker. He would have been sick and nearly died at some point, I think we'd know about this, and I frankly don't think this would have escaped Elaida's eyes. With his worldview, he would have seen it as his duty to surrender himself to the Red Ajah if he could channel, so he's not hiding it. I don't think a sparker, even in denial like Nynaeve, could live among AS for months either without some incident drawing their attention. The Reds have a very keen eye for the signs.
Is there anyone who *doesn't* think Galad can channel?

It is just describing what a person goes through in a heightened sensory mode. He can't channel. *NM*
