Nynaeve and the Forsaken have been shown to be only 2.5x stronger than a strong Sister.
Semirhage was held by 2 weak and one above average sister. Nynaeve held by 2 average Sisters. Egwene was held by 2 middling Sisters, but Amys, who is a Strong AS level could not hold Egwene alone.
Egwene is about 2x Sheriam and Nynaeve is about 2x Moiraine. Or Egwene would be 3x Careane (weak Sister) and Nynaeve 3x Verin (Average Sister). Egwene as an 80 and Nynaeve as a 97 would make Nynaeve 25% stronger than Egwene looking at it your way. That's equivalent to a weak or even middling Sister, CONSIDERABLE.
I don't want Egwene to be stronger, it's obvious that she is significantly less strong that Nynaeve. I just think the text points out time and again that she is far closer to the Forsaken than she is to the strong AS. We'll never know the exact numbers since I doubt RJ ever mapped it out beyond his vague 21-level list. I think it's very obvious that Egwene/Elayne/Aviendha are probably 50% closer to Nynaeve than they are Moiraine.
You also consistently ignore RJs comments on Bell Curve distribution. Which is a whole other ball of wax I won't engage in here.
