Probably Olver was just a device so that Mat would grow up more. Maybe, though, he will yet give clues how to beat the Finn or play a role if the gholam might attack Mat and/or Elayne in Caemlyn.


Damn, my lack of information that is not IN the books screws me again. Every time I have a good original theory to post, someone has already asked RJ thatsame question, gotten the answer I don't want to hear, and posted it somewhere I've never heard of just to make me feel stupid! lol :smackhead:
