1) Rand in a walk.
The Cleansing. The win at the Eye with the Blight's retreat. The potential unification of the Aiel. Not to mention he's bumped off Aginor (sort of), Ishamael (for a while), Rahvin (for certain), Sammael (with Moridin's help), Graendal, and Semirhage (again, with help).
Only problem is, he also contributes a lot of chaos and death, which helps the DO. So the net effect his closer to zero.
2) The Bowl of the Winds Circle was a huge blow.
If the DO fixed the weather, it was over. Nynaeve, Elayne, and Eggy were all involved.
3) Egwene.
The reunification of the Tower and getting AS heads out of AS asses was a big win. BA on the run. And AS trusting each other is a big win, make no mistake.
4) Moiraine. She found and saved the DR. She killed Be'lal and saved the DO from Lanfear. She may help the DR find his tears and laughter. And his humanity.
If I had to go next, Mat & Perrin both have potential big wins. Perrin for his cooperation with Tylee which will be the seen for Seanchan/Rand cooperation, that will be huge. The other big part of it will be Mat's marriage to Tuon.
