but we definitely can't rule out the idea-- and there was some significance to Birgitte's silver arrow. Her silver arrow could have dated back to this age.
My personal thought was that Elayne would find a way to re-create the ter'angreal and one of them would then be formed into a silver arrow which Birgitte could use to kill the gholam.
