If not, I suggest you reread The Gathering Storm. I am fairly confident that you will find that politicking and Ajah pride occupy a significantly greater portion of Aes Sedai priorities than Tarmon Gai'don, the Seanchan or the Black Tower, combined.
You are so clearly, massively and demonstrably wrong that it becomes difficult to properly express. In a series of thus far twelve books, the Tower division has been an important subplot for nine. I cannot believe that you have actually missed such a core fraction of the storyline, so I must assume you simply fail to comprehend what it is about. In short, Aes Sedai wage war against one another because of Aes Sedai's injured pride. If Tarmon Gai'don had been their priority, they would have waited until after the potential end of the world to settle their silly political squabble. That is what would have happened in the Borderlands according to Bashere, where fighting the Shadow is a priority. But that is evidently not the case with the White Tower. That you actually assert this to be the case is mind-blowing.
And really, there are numerous quotes that demonstrate that the Red Ajah does care about this issue, the most flagrant one being Pevara in The Extra Bit as I have referred before. I have no idea how you can expect me to actually swallow an outright fabrication like "The Red ajah clearly don't care about this".
EDIT: Okay, on further thought, I have come to a solution in which you didn't fail to notice or understand a significant portion of the series (which made no sense to me anyway, given that I know that you should be suitably aware of this), is it possible that you, like Cannoli was, are under the assumption that I expect something to happen about this in upcoming books? Because I obviously don't. The perfect timing for this to be addressed was in The Gathering Storm, and I was expressing frustration and incredulity that it was never brought up then, as displayed by my use of past tenses and reference to Elaida (who is now in Seanchan hands).

But they don't care. Seriously, where has anyone (including Egwene) mentioned that this problem is going to haunt them?
Despite being in the middle of a serious rebellion, the Reds themselves only care about getting a reign on the Black Tower. How can you possibly claim that the squabbling of the Hall is of greater concern to anyone compared to the three enormous events I mentioned. Most Aes Sedai have let sleeping dogs lie, including the Blues who were disbanded. This is the actual core of what's going on.
