1. My first thought was that it was written by BS. But on reflection, it could just as easily have been written by RJ. It is too easy to project our expectations onto it.
Sometimes I worry that the RJ sections might be some of the worst sections not because RJ is a bad writer but that he like all good writers depend on rewriting. All of BS's sections could be rewritten by him to be made better.
2. The garbage in Tar Valon persists despite Elaida's fury. Further, Elaida is not using her knowledge of gateways to help the town. Some of that is strategic against the rebels. The largest portion of that decision I fear is that she does not trust the AS under her.
3. The DO is taking control of the weather again trying to hold onto winter now. Will the seafolk use the bowl again or will the try to blackmail the world again?
4. There are too many grammatical and typos in this. It is almost like it was hurriedly retyped by hand instead of copy and pasting. Maybe that was how they fixed the problem that people were having logging in to the article.
5. There is too much telling of back story for my taste. BS mentioned that Harriet had him cut a bunch of it out. It still has too much, though. On the other hand, it is still a good chapter. It just could be better.
6. Why does Rand think of Illian as part of the East and not South? Why is Tarabon considered part of the South?
7. The biggest question in the chapter is why did the Seanchen not respond to Rand's offer? Possibilities:
a. Tuon has not returned yet and/or is too busy with the ceremonies to become the empress.
b. Seanchen want to carry out the attack on the WT first. It might strain a negotiation to have the dragon reborns allies attacked during the negotiation. Better if it happened first.
c. The sul'dam never made it back
8. Rand's thoughts about Itulralde appears to hint that even though Rand is aware of Itulralde's success, that he did not interfere with it by helping or hindering it.
9. It is interesting that Rand is being open about hunting for Graendal. Perhaps we will see a conflict in this book. Or Greandal might just flee.
10. The biggest mystery of the chapter is where did Rand get the new sword from and how did he recognize it. I am inclined to agree with those who say that the answer to this is probably in the prologue.
11. Rand and Cadsuane seemed to have reached a truce of sorts. At least Rand is not so irritated about her rules and has some good thoughts in his head about her.
12. The most interesting quotation in the chapter is Nynaeve's 'Yes, well, then you must see that normal rules shouldn't apply to her.' My pet theory that Nynaeve will use compulsion on Semirhage just got a major boost.
13. Did something happen to make Rand so suspicious of Egwene? She deserves some of it, but Rand never felt this suspicious toward her before.
14. The ending could not have been better even if RJ wrote it. It was very emotional and cut to the core.
15. The title of the chapters are as good as ever.

I think Lews Therin's comments to Rand were the most hugely significant part of the chapter.
