That is not the Song. That is a Song. The Age of Legends had a number of them, evidently, as Lews Therin invites Ishamael to Sing, if he has the Voice, and I very much doubt he was planning to go farming.

What the Tuatha'an are looking for is a Song that would bring paradise. It's like modern Aes Sedai looking for 'the Weave' or 'the Talent' that will give them all the knowledge of Age of Legends Aes Sedai.


Ok, I can see that the ultimate goal of the Tuatha'an is sort of blind (that's what it's for? Paradise?). Obviously, if there were a Song for that, the DO would be in a tough spot.
Still, in Rand's flashback to the Seed-Singing, there's talk of folks having the Voice or not. I always assumed that tied right back into LTT's comment to Ishy. I figured it was having the Voice for singing that Song.
