And I believe this book is being edited like those, in pieces. It can be done, just means paying the printers a lot to compensate for the overtime required.

I think not, than why should they pay the printer more to get it out sooner?

I doubt its all just that they'll get more sales for getting it out sooner, its that they'll lose the least amount getting it out sooner.

So put the dustcover on top of the books on the shelf from which you take the book.
