Don't do it, Larry, don't re-read COT. It truly is a turgid piece of self-indulgence from RJ. I think even most of the die-hard WOT fans will agree that was a low point - something I thought impossible to achieve in the later series - in the series.

I think COT can be best summed up as follows: A waste of time and energy for all concerned.


I'm covering the first 11 novels and the prequel, so this has to be included. Besides, I'm nearly 200 pages into it already. Too bad I don't have all of the parody "walkthroughs" saved that I did four years ago at wotmania. That would made for some comic reading there
