If you haven't read it, I suggest that you do. I wish more people realized what was going into their food supplies. Food, Inc. only scratched the surface, but honestly that is probably the best way to segue into the food issue for most of America. As you've probably noticed, if information isn't summarized with pretty pictures and bullet points, with big font signifying "READ HERE", most Americans stop paying attention.
