Agree on most of the points, though I find Walt's handling of his divorce to be absurd. The stuff he goes through hardens a man so that if a man's wife says she fucked her boss....there would be approximately .5 seconds of silence before the back of Walt's hand encountered her face.
The hard-ball drug manufacturer Walt and pushover husband is an interesting, if totally unrealistic character.
I would put Breaking bad as the third best series on TV today, behind Dexter & Mad Men
