1) What kind of TV do you have? (brand, size, picture technology, etc)
My TV is a 50" Panasonic Plasma tv. The picture is great, and I think it looks better than my old LCD TV by a long ways.
2) What side of the Plasma vs LCD argument do you fall on?
I honestly think they both have their advantages. I like plasma personally because sports generally look better on plasma, and blacks actually look black instead of gray. I can't wait for OLED technology to become mainstream and kill both of them though!
3) Do you plan a TV upgrade anytime soon?
Nope, though if I buy a house I may go get a second TV. Probably a 42" inch LCD or something for a game/workout room.
4) Have you upgraded to Blu-Ray yet?
I have, and in some movies it is a very noticeable upgrade. The one that comes to the forefront is the new Hulk movie with Ed Norton. It looks freaking amazing on Blu-Ray.
5) How big is your DVD/Blu-Ray library?
I'm not sure...probably about 200 movies? Only about 5 or 6 of those are Blu-Ray though.
6) Aren't Blu-Ray disks ridiculously overpriced still?? I mean $30+ for a new movie when you can get the DVD for like 1/2 that?? What's up with that?
They are, most movies I just buy the DVD, unless it's a FX heavy movie that I think warrants the upgrade.
7) Am I alone in thinking a lot of movies aren't worth the additional premium it costs to get the modest upgrade in picture?
I won't answer this, since...well...I asked it.
So tell me about your TV...

Standard 32" and couldn't care less about plasma or blu-ray. Might upgrade in a few years.
