I only ever seem to see Alex Guarnaschelli judging there.
I didn't like Freitag until well into the competition, but she really grew on me.
My wife and I had it in for Freitag since we watch chopped and got a little tired of some of the nitpicks that she doled out to the contestants on that show. We were more excited to see her get a taste of her own medicine with short deadlines and problematic ingredients.

Did you watch the Top Chef Masters series at all? So many of them (who had judged TC in the past) talked about how different it was to be on that side of things and how they'd be a much more understanding judge now.
