Glee: watched up to the first 10 minutes of episode 3 and gave up. I can live with silly, but it was just a little too much. The bad lip-syncing was too distracting for me too.
Flashforward: The pilot was okay, but I stopped caring about the story halfway through episode 2. Deleted it and moved on.
The Vampire Diaries: my wife decided we would watch this one and I wasn't that enthusiastic about it until last week's episode. That one took a good turn and I'm interested in seeing where it is going. I don't know about the long-term possibilities for the show, but I like where it is now.
Modern Family: best new show for me, easily. I love it.
Tried Eastwick, Community, Cougar Town, Hank and The Middle and didn't make it past one episode on any of them.

If FOX drops it, I think its best chance for ratings success would by the SyFy Channel.
