My vote is risky because the show is not finished yet, and maybe they fuck up big time in the last season, but I am still going for Lost.
The reasons? Everything about the show is Hollywood standard (top notch acting, great sets, nothing looks cheap, etc.). The characters are interesting, multi-layered and easy to care for, despite of their flaws. And the story line, well...who knows where this is going, but I can't think of a show that had me on the edge of my seat week after week like that.

It would have to be my number 2 pick. And it does have one of the all time greatest villains. Ben is right up there with Scorpius in his deviousness.
