Breaking Bad is one of the best television shows ever made. It has layers of meaning hidden in each episode beyond the already rich and compelling narrative about a teacher who becomes a damn scary drug kingpin. The music is flawlessly chosen to accompany the episodes. It is gritty and bleak yet hilarious. The cultural reference points are awesome.
The other show is a comic book inspired trash TV show about zombies. The explanation for why there are zombies makes no sense and it's more like a "people try to survive but shit happens, sometimes the shit is zombies" sort of show. I know it has fans here but comparing Breaking Bad to Walking Dead is like comparing a filet mignon steak from a good steakhouse to a gas station Slim Jim.
Even if you really, really like Slim Jims, prefer their price and the convenience of utensil-free dining, you'd never recommend them over filet mignon.
