I'll have to check it out now and see what I think

So while true and important it had my five year old wandering away looking for something that could hold her interest and why she has never watched it a second time. She wanted dancing penguins and a story line she understood not a boring penguin who managed to make people understand a message she didn't understand herself. Bambi worked for making kids care about the animals and come away with an anti-hunting message because kids understood the issues and it enhanced the story instead of taking away from it. Happy Feet stopped being entertaining to deliver a message. Fury Road was better than that at least but it did stop being a Mad Max film in order to match a model the feminist desired.
Yeah...it was weird, but at times, I almost felt like Max didn't even really need to be there. Like the movie needed to make room for him or give him something to do. I like cool supporting characters, but they shouldn't upstage the title character.
Also, the bald freaks ended up being desperate cancer patients instead of just crazy psycho brutes, which is considerably less fun than what I was hoping for. That's not likely going to be a problem for anyone who isn't me though
It was still a pretty fun movie though.
