I don't know that I'd necessarily go much further, but that's really the main thing with this kind of movies, isn't it? Not quite on a level with the Iron Man movies for me, nor with the recent Thor sequel as it lacks Tom Hiddleston's wonderful Loki - Captain America remains a little too colourless and too straight to make a very appealing protagonist, and Johansson's Black Widow was behaving accordingly and keeping her gloves on too much, so to speak. Kudos to Robert Redford - one of the best actors in the movie, even if the motivation behind his character made if possible even less sense than villains' motivations in action movies usually do.
Avengers 2 looks like it might be on par with the great first one... but since it will be lacking Loki, I do hope that Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are up to the task of filling his shoes.
