Once you find out it's a story from the boy's imagination, every line in the movie is so obviously something that a child thought up, I couldn't believe it wasn't obvious to me in the beginning. Bit of a forehead slapper for me. And when Wil Farrell showed up as the Dad, I clapped and cheered.

Everything was awesome!
I know, right? So obvious if you think about it and yet you take the entire film up to that point at face value and this totally hits you by surprise. So well done.
