Lost had a lot of those moments for me, and they were all mentioned here. For sme reason, the deaths n tha show were really touching, even though many deaths were expected given the situation(s). Charlie probably got to me the worst but Juliet, Locke, Sayid + Jin, makes me almost tear up thinking of those scenes. I can't think of a show that had such an impact. I would have to dig back to my childhood.
