As I was watching, I felt like it was going mostly okay, a few things felt off (His new suits seemed several versions behind the Avengers model. Fire-people? Taunt the Big Bad and then take no precautions, and not have any off-site suit/equipment caches?) but none were too big of a deal in my mind, I could have looked past them, but then they all piled up and the ending was... bad.
The kid was cool, and like ironclad said, that's something that could have easily gone wrong.
It was an okay show, and as a random stand-alone superhero flick it would have been great. But it didn't feel like an Iron Man Movie (different director, I know), and it wasn't nearly as good as the first 2.
