I mean, for the most part, they could comply more fully with truth in advertising laws by calling the show "Beckett's externalized thought process"*. Not a lot his NYPD buddies can do to get his daughter back from Paris.
Given how pop-culture referential the show is, I look forward to Captain Reynolds going all Taken on some asses. I would also not mind if Molly Quinn is replaced, even for only one episode, by Maggie Grace.
*Though with the current status of their relationship, that might comprise a rather kinky form of masturbation.
