This show has been heavily promoted by Five, so I was sucked in to watching it. It was okay. The premise is that everyone in the entire planet blacks out for two minutes and seventeen seconds. And while they are "out" they glimpse their respective futures: Same day, same time, no matter where in the world they are; sharing premonitions with other people etc.
The first ten minutes was good, as was the last ten minutes - when the first of many cliffhangers was revealed: At least one person didn't black out during that period.
It is meant to be in a similar vein to Lost, but not having wached that series, I couldn't possibly comment.
I don't know, the middle part of the episode felt a bit flat. A little too much time ws spent introducing us to the characters - cliches all of them - which is to be expected these days.
I will watch again next week, but I suspect if it doesn't maintain a decent pace it will be cancelled mid-series - like Threshold a few years ago.
