The original trilogy was good, I never even finished watching the prequel trilogy, and watched none of the other Star Wars stuff, so this doesn't affect me in any way. If it turns out to be good, great, I'll watch it. If it doesn't, then oh well, I haven't lost anything.

If I had to guess though, they're going to come out with fairly decent stuff that won't be as good as the original trilogy, but will be good as an afternoon diversion while munching on copious amounts of popcorn.
