The fights with the Lizard didn't realy do it for me. When they fought I just thought: "he's way outmatched, and why doesn't he just stab him with those claws? They're like... the size of his arms?" Lizard seemed to be much, much more powerful than spidey.
The rest of the movie was pretty okay. Though I don't really like how Peter Parker is super special to begin with. In the previes movies, Peter Parker was just a regular guy who just happened to be bitten. Here he's the super special genius who's daddy is a superscientist with SECRETS and DANGER etc.. In the previous movies Peter Parker could live across the street from me. This guy is clearly, well, fictional.
Captain Stacy was dead the moment he knew who Spiderman was.
Nevertheless, 6,5 out of 10. Maybe I'm being to harsh. Could be 7.
