American band The National have recorded the song 'The Rains of Castamere' for use in HBO's GAME OF THRONES. The song will appear on the Season 2 soundtrack, although it is unclear if it will appear in the remaining two episodes of the season itself.

The song is crucially important in the novels, when its use in A STORM OF SWORDS heralds a crucial turning-point in the series. I suspect we will see it used in the same place next year. But it will be interesting to see if it is set up this season first.

The song can be heard at the link below, or through use of YouTube's search function.
