I agree with the inclusion of: Carrie, Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Empire Strikes Back, Friday the 13th, King Kong, Monsters Inc, They Live, Willy Wonka and maybe X-Men.
Disagree with including Captain America, Blade Runner, Gremlins, Princess Bride.
The rest are kinda meh.
I think they leave out Back to the Future, Dark City, Zombie 2 (obscure, but cool final shot), Butch Cassidy (even if it doesn't fit the geek genre umbrella), Usual Suspects (cult, but not geek), One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (again, not genre)...
