It was very enjoyable. The quality was on par with the third movie, but the personal/romantic angle has been replaced with more action and an injection of mostly well-placed and well-timed humour. The scene in Dubai almost gave me vertigo even from the back of the theatre.
There was one relatively significant plot hole in the middle of the movie, but that aside, if you liked the third one, you'll like this one. It's pretty much an ideal Mission Impossible movie.
