I hadn't considered that, but you're right. As River said, it was an aborted timeline. Time travellers retain their memory of it, but the events within it were undone. So she should technically still be out there. She thinks the Doctor is dead, so she won't be after him, but perhaps she'll have a role to play in the whole question business again.
