I have no idea how it all syncs up though, but I'm content to wait until Saturday. 
And on resurrecting: we have already seen the Doctor die and be resurrected this season. He died in Let's Kill Hitler and Melody brought him back by giving up her remaining regenerations. I suppose they might be thematically setting something up there, but I don't know what it would be. She has no regenerations left, and there are no more Time Lords, so I don't see much potential for that device to get used again.
