Until we get some confirmation I'm thinking that necromancy is something you either have or don't have, it can't be learned.
But Antonia said it herself, she turned to necromancy only to ward off disease in her village, even going as far as holding death at bay to save lives. This suggests to me that it can be learned.
Also, the reason for all the Latin incantations for the necromantic spells were because necromancy was actually pretty "popular" in ancient Rome. It was mostly used by priests of Roman gods to divine the future via animal sacrifice and intestinal readings.
By the way. No more Hot Shot, ever? I can't say that I'm disappointed.
Hot Shot? More like Cold Shower! Srsly, if True Blood was a turn on, Hot Shot would be the cold shower that snapped you out of it. So glad that plot-line got killed with Jason's rescue.
BOHICA - Go ahead, ask me what it means.
