I thought it was rather average. Nate Send a noteboard - 05/09/2011 04:49:09 AM
I liked the Doctor's interactions with the family and the boy, but Amy and Rory felt quite incidental to the whole thing, there but without an actual role to play. The Doctor never knew they were in trouble, there weren't even any story consequences for what happened to Amy (the scene at the end would have been the same if she'd still been herself), and the episode would have worked just as well without them. It had some decent little bits, but overall felt very average to me. Nothing all that great, nothing all that bad. Sort of a filler episode.
