But now that you mention that, it does seem pretty obvious.

I'm fine with the shared universe between W13 and Eureka (except I am stilled annoyed that FARGO of all people got to smooch Claudia!! BLECH!!! ) , and it doesn't really seem like a stretch to me really. Just my opinion on that tho.

I'm still deciding if I actually like Alphas or not though. Gary is indeed a neat character, and the others are all moderately interesting except the doctor. Losing Rennie I think was too bad, he's one of my favorite BC-based actors. But the show has also been a bit too predictable so far, and I hope they fix that.

However, that said, if the show lasts, I'd like to see some more cross over instances between it and Eureka and W13.

Just please please please don't ever let it turn out that BSG is part of that universe. That would suck!! I wouldn't object as much if they tried to link the Stargate stuff into this SyFy-verse (or SyFyverse?), but that would still be a stretch. I'd be mildly unhappy about it.

that some of W13's characters have "Alpha" abilities.

Peter Lattimer,I think, is a low-level precognitive whose "vibes" is basically like an early warning detection system. He has an abnormally keen intuition.

Jinks is a human lie detector. It could be psychic or he reads body/face language.

Leena has the ability to "see" auras and life-forces.

All of these scream "Alpha", despite the show not showing us the mechanics of said abilities.

Death to the Regressives of the GOP and the TeaParty. No mercy for Conservatives. Burn them all at the stake for the hateful satanists they are.
