As it turns out, splitting Book 7 into two films was a great idea. So that's awesome.
I thought it was pretty much totally flawless up until Harry returns from the dead. I don't know what happened after that, but I was a bit underwhelmed. I don't like to that person who's all like, "its different from the boooooooooooks," but I thought they did lose something. Doesn't Harry give a speech about love and stuff? I can see why they made the changes they did, but idk.
That's pretty much just a minor quibble though. The preceding scenes were so awesome and emotional that it just seemed a little eh in comparison. I'm not going to lie, I cried a bit over poor Fred and Snape and Harry's dead guys pow wow. How great was Alan Rickman?! Pretty great. And his duel with McGonagall ... that woman's a BA. It was amazing.
