I got to go see this movie today, and wasn't disappointed. I know a lot of people have been hating on the movie, but I went looking for a good popcorn flick and got it (my wife and I shared nachos instead though). I've seen people talking around the net about how jarring it was to go from the complete CG Oa to the scenes filmed on Earth, but I didn't feel that jar personally. I originally found myself hating Hal Jordan's suit, but it grew on my throughout the film (like the Tumbler in Batman Begins). This won't be the best film of the year, but it's worth the $7-$9 that you'd pay to go see it.

My only real complaints were the size of the Guardians and the inverted Hitler stache on Sinestro. It seemed REALLY loud too. I think though that that minor issue was due to the fact that the theater didn't play the usual before movie crap before the previews. My wife and I sat in silence for about 45 minutes before the movie started.
