Scrubs is at least sort of finished - the series is continuing with a soft reboot, so it'll still be on, but I'm not really sure I'll be able to muster up the same level of love that I have for the original. And I've heard no word on a third season of Flight of the Conchords, so that's kinda off the list, too.
It felt so properly finished that I have a hard time feeling like it's continuing. I guess it will depend on how much time I have and how much I like the new characters. The interns last year were borderline annoying, with only Jo/Butch/pushy intern standing out, so unless they come up with more engaging students, I'll be tuning out.
