I'm starting to believe in the actors as their characters, and there are a lot of nice small touches going on. The dancing lesson scene was fantastic. Jaime's conversations with Ned and then Robert were great. I missed not getting the moment where Tyrion feels like maybe something really is out there in the north, but otherwise I was very happy with this episode.
And I agree, where the hell is Ghost? I was thinking the same thing when Jon was riding north with Tyrion last episode.
