I thought it was fairly average myself (I might give it 7 out of 10 if I was being generous) but still watchable and under-rated. Would definitely put this one in the cyberpunk genre, but it could also be classed as a sci-fi romance.

I'm always pleased to find less well-known, under-rated sci-fi, movies which are still good but never did as well they deserved, and never had any hype associated with them. Perhaps we could do a top-10 or something on the most under-rated sci-fi movies? Examples would include 'Equilibrium' and 'Cypher'. Have you seen those two movies (If not, go get them!)
