Self explainatory really. HBO, along with Tom Hanks's Playtone production company, are looking to produce a tv series of Neil Gaiman's novel, with Gaiman jointly writing the script for the pilot alongside cinematographer Robert Richardson.

Hopefully the series goes into production and is good.


It does seem like it could work as an HBO series, and Neil Gaiman has enough experience with writing scripts/screenplays that I am hopeful.
