Mine is the one with Sue's mother and Sue- Why o why o did I leave Ohio. I loved Sue's mom in general, she was able to upstage Sue! Really loved that song, was surprised by how much I liked it. It sounded great and it made sense story wise. I don't like it when songs are inserted randomly for the sake of the song.
I also really like some of Blaine's numbers- favorite being "Baby it's cold outside". Awful song (content wise), but somehow cute gay boys singing it made is sound ok.
-man to person who wants to get home after their date.
"What's the sense in hurting my pride?"
"Baby, please don't hold out"
"How can you do this thing to me?"
meanwhile the one being pursued keeps saying stuff like:
"The neighbors will talk"
"What's in this drink?"
"The answer is no"
But again, somehow the two cute gay boys make this song seem romantic! It's amazing.
Oh and I found a longer version online, apparently some lines about lips looking delicious were taken out. But how cn you do this to me was kept! But in that section there's also a smoking reference so it was probably cut for that reason.
Normally I am not big on the dialogue but I enjoy the dance numbers. This was rather disappointing. At least the first 30 minutes was. It may be getting a little better now. But the first half hour was too over the top. The part with Kurt's dad and Brittany and Santana have been the only decent parts so far.
However I am glad that not everything is based on my tastes. There needs to be something for everybody and obviously a lot of people like it the way it is. I will be satisfied with the show numbers.

Is this show seriously returning to form or what??? The last couple of episodes have been hilarious. I'm not going to lie, the episode that aired right after the Super Bowl was so terrible that I closed the webpage, and the ones directly preceding it were mediocre at best. But From the Valentine's Day episode onward, they have all been serious winners.
I am tempted to say that tonight's episode - Sexy - has been the best of the lot. It was flipping hilarious, there was great music, and they did "serious" stuff without being mawkish or irritatingly stupid. I might've teared up a little bit at the end there ... so yeah, it was fantastic. I think Brittany might be my favorite. And Lauren is a wonderful addition, I just love her.
Anyway, it was good.

Blaine and Kurt doing "Baby It's Cold Outside" is definitely one of the high points of the season. *NM*

Kurt's dad's conversation with his son was definitely well done. *NM*
