Anyway, this isn't about Tom Cruise, but about Brad Bird, director of Iron Giant, Ratatouille and The Incredibles. Here's his acceptance speech for the Annie Award he received recently. It starts around 4:30, before that it's a collage of the work he's been going for the last 30 years. Make sure to stay for the speech, it's great.
