I'm going to buy a 46" Samsung television, but there are a couple of options I'm mulling over.

LCD or LED?

But I didn't have lcd beforehand, so I don't really know what to compare it to. My sister has a samsung lcd, but I only visit her a few times a year, so it's hard to compare.

Any opinions?
We really love ours. We bought the LED because it uses less electricity, and that's important for us. Sorry for the lack of useful information. :D
