My big thing is with Tyrion. I always imagined him as hideously ugly. That one little tiny scar doesn't really match up for me. I'm still excited about Dinklage playing him though.

About how far they would go with Tyrion's ugliness. But isn't it until the sea battle in book two that he gets half of his nose cut off? We'll see how they'll solve that, but I doubt they'll make it too hideous.
