I merely see the problem I have with prequels in general

What do we think about this?
Plus point, Ridley Scot is directing.
Otherwise, I am a bit ambivalent about this prequel. Like has been said by other people, how can humans be featured in this film if Ripley and her crew in the first film were supposedly the first humans to encounter them?
And a film without human characters makes it very hard for the viewers to engage with the film.
Anyway, I am coming up with objections to a film that hasn't even gone in to production yet.

That is: you know how it's gonna end, more or less.
But I trust Scott to deliver a good film and there are plenty to stories to tell in the Alien Universe I am sure.
It's true, we would either not see humans at all (unlikely) or none of them would live to tell the tale (lame). It could still be interesting to see what happened to the original ship in film one. I am up for it.
