Agreed about the Millenium Trilogy. The original mediocre, and Fincher's will be excellent. - Edit 1

We know the stories. Hollywood is just lazy. I'm sick of them regurgitating stuff and expecting us to watch. I'll go see new ideas and concepts but I'm not going to movies that obviously copy existing movies, including ones that remake foreign movies in English (like that idiotic Swedish Girl with the Dragon Tattoo movie).

The Millennium trilogy will be done by David Fincher though, and he couldn't make a bad movie if he tried. I haven't seen the Swedish original yet anyway.
But I wouldn't touch the US remake of "Death at a Funeral" with a ten foot pole.
Yeah reboots so soon after the former films is a pretty silly idea. Then again, if their trailers look good and the right people are involved I am gonna see them, who am I kidding.
