I really love the tough guy with a heart of gold personna. About 40 minutes in Jimmy looks at Nucky and tells him, "You can't be half a gangster." The ending of the episode was terrific and I can't wait to see how the line between ruthless bastard and caring, charismatic leader, is walked.
