Someone else made the point about the mad person, which fits in Wrong, imo. A child can look normal, but if there is something Wrong, it's much scarier than someone like Quasimodo. And you're right about the eye thing too - for some reason, that is Wrong.

I'm sure this only makes a little sense, but I know what I mean. Furry beasties and the like don't scare me as much as something indefinable.
