For me it's a tie between Zoe and River.

Although having just season four of Angel, I have a feeling my deep loathing of Gina Torres' character there might carry over to Firefly. :P

Simon is obviously the most normal and least "awesome" character of the bunch - likely also the one most like myself. He sort of needs to be there to offer some normalcy and all... but I don't know, he's still the one I'd miss least, I guess, due to that.
