I never stand for that whole "wait however many weeks or months to get it in North America" thing. I quite enjoyed it. I love Sherlock Holmes stories, so seeing a modern, well-done take on it by Moffat is pretty great. Holmes and Watson had a good chemistry by the end.

I'm interested to see if Mycroft is used more frequently than he was in the stories, and also to see how they work in Moriarty. It seems to me that the words of the female detective, saying that one day it will be Holmes standing over the body, foreshadows a season finale in which Holmes is framed for murder, perhaps by Moriarty.
